Online Booking Terms and Conditions

Please arrive 15 min before your bowling. We cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your game/s of bowling if you or any guest in your group is late. Please note if you desire to add additional games, this will need to be considered on the day of your event, subject to lane availability, closing times and system bookings.

Please note that we have a licenced bar and cafe so we do not allow any food or drinks to be brought into our venue without prior written permission from management. Please email coffsharbour@iplayaustralia.com.au for any enquiry.

All bookings are final and non-refundable. This includes partial or full refunds. Please email coffsharbour@iplayaustralia.com.au to discuss refund options, or if you wish to discuss other options.

Online bookings are not refundable however we can change reservation times providing at least 24 hours’ notice is given and subject to availability and price.

During busy period like weekends or school holidays bookings are essential to skip the line and avoid sometimes long waiting times. For parties and functions please email coffsharbourmanager@iplayaustralia.com.au

· All reservations require payment in full MC, VISA and PAYPAL are accepted.

· Any discounts automatically applied by the reservation system are only valid on the date and time selected, changing your reservation to a different date and time may void any discounts applied.

· Reservations made on line may not be combined with any other discounts in centre.

· In the unforeseen circumstance, iPlay Coffs Harbour has encountered lane technical issues, your bowling start time may run later than the confirmed start time.

HINT: If you have 4 people bowling, and you are not sure about the 5th person … pay upfront and confirm your booking for 4ppl and simply add an extra person on the day- no problem! Our lanes cater up to 6 or more pax. Also if you are booking with young children please book 1 game and if you want to play a second game after you complete the first game can add another game after that (subject to lane availability).

Common FAQ’s

Can I bring in my own food and drinks?

No, as we have a fully licenced bar and cafe unless you have prior written permission from management. Please email coffsharbourmanager@iplayaustralia.com.au for any enquiry.

Can I use my concession card?

Yes, you may receive concession bowling prices if you are senior or pensioner- simply present a valid form of identification i.e.. pension card

What about children 4 and under?

We encourage you not to purchase a game for the littlies but instead let them bowl a few of your shots as they will get bored and distracted by the arcade games. If you do wish them to play a game then normal child game rates apply.

Guests will not be permitted into iPlay Coffs Harbour if deemed intoxicated and no refund will be applicable.
