PUBLIC NOTICE

Dear Customers

As you are well aware the NSW Government has issued a Public Health Order (“PHO”) that as from Monday the 11th Of October 2021 through to supposedly the 1st December 2021 you can’t be in a venue like ours unless you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. You may face a $1,000 fine despite prior to the 11/10/2021 ANYONE was allowed to be in our venue.

Furthermore the PHO states we as a business are to take “reasonable steps” to ensure all our guests are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or risk a $5,000 fine.

Here at iPlay Coffs Harbour we have always believed in freedom of choice and your health choices are totally your own. Your health information is a private matter for you.

We need to ensure you understand these requirements of the PHO, so as a courtesy we will ask if you have read this Public Notice.

This way we have ensured we have followed the PHO and taken reasonable steps.
